Injustice refers to either the e, or the opposite, of justice .The term may be applied either in reference to a particular event or situation, or to a larger status. The term generally refers to misuse, abuse, neglect, or malfeasance that is uncorrected or else sanctioned by a legal system or follow human being. Misuse and abuse with regard to a particular case or context may represent a systemic failure to serve the cause of justice legal vacuum Injustice means “gross unfairness.” Injustice may be classified as a different system in comparison to different countries concept of justice and injustice. It may be simply the result of the flawed human decision making that the system is supposed to protect against.

Injustice means, injury, wrong, grievance. These nouns denote acts or conditions that cause people to suffer hardship or loss undeservedly. An injustice is a violation of a person’s rights; the term can also refer to unfair treatment of another or others: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere” (Martin Luther King, Jr.). An injury is an injustice for which legal redress is available. Wrong is now more emphatic than injustice and in a legal sense refers to what violates the rights of an individual or adversely affects the public welfare: Violation of the rights of others; unjust or unfair action or treatment.

If the machine of government is of such a nature that it requires you to be the agent of injustice to another, then, I say, break the law. If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away. No one is above and no one is below the law. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Injustice is another form of discrimination.

Discrimination is the prejudicial treatment of an individual based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or category, “in a way that is worse than the way people are usually treated. It involves the group’s initial reaction or interaction, influencing the individual’s actual behavior towards the group or the group leader, restricting members of one group from opportunities or privileges that are available to another group, leading to the exclusion of the individual or entities based on logical or irrational decision making.

Discriminatory traditions, policies, ideas, practices, and laws exist in many countries and institution in every part of the world, even in ones where discrimination is generally looked down upon. In some places, controversial attempts such as quotas or affirmative action have been used to benefit those believed to be current or past victims of discrimination—but have sometimes been called reverse discrimination themselves. The issue is the gap between to those who access water and who are not and this called inequality. Such favoritism generates inequality between societies which result social problem. The percentage of water accessed in various quarters in Hargeisa districsts based on truthful evidence are  the following.

Zooming all above true information, the manager of water agency has failed to execute his duty and therefore he should be replaced with another effective, productive, capable, honest, trusted, kindness, accomplished, admirable, amazing, amusing, approachable, dedicated, energetic and sincere manger who overcomes the failure sourced by the present manager. On recent press statement he said that Somali land has received an aid in the amount of 15 million euro as water project assistance, which we do not know how this money was spent. It is also regrettable that government minister attempted intervening the assistance provided by friendly country for his private gain and also diverting the site whereby the water will be excavate from to another location considered having tribal influence. Last, but not the least, we call all above a failure. Failure is the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objective and may be viewed as the opposite of success. Equality is a state of affairs in which all people within a specific society or isolated group have the same status in certain respects. Social equality means equal rights economic rights. Unlike inequality, equality builds hominy between societies.
